Series 1: Mental Illness on Film

Our first series aims to introduce you to our podcast through a discussion of cinematic representations of mental illness. 

For six weeks we’ll be covering different branches of psychiatric diagnoses, including Anxiety, Depression, Psychosis, Narcissism, Borderline Personality Disorder and Psychopathy. In every episode, we each pick a film related to the clinical disorder in question and offer psychological interpretations to explore the capacity of moving image to showcase emotional and mental functioning.
